Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Notionalysis, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Notionalysis provides analytics and reporting for Notion pages via an embeddable widget. The service tracks page views and engagement events on pages that you explicitly enable for tracking.

You may use Notionalysis to:

• Track Notion pages that belong to you or that you are authorized to instrument.
• View analytics reports within your own workspace.

You may not use Notionalysis to:

• Track Notion pages without the knowledge or permission of the workspace owner.
• Attempt to access, extract, or interfere with data belonging to other users.
• Use the service for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable law.
• Abuse or overload API endpoints or the ingest pipeline.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Free plans support a single workspace; paid plans may support additional workspaces depending on plan tier and product configuration.

By enabling tracking on a Notion page, you authorize Notionalysis to collect analytics events from visitors to that page. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to collect this data under applicable law and for notifying visitors when analytics or tracking is active.

Paid plans are processed through Stripe. Charges follow the selected plan and billing interval. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and refunds are not issued for partial periods unless required by law.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Notionalysis does not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect accuracy, or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the greater of the amount paid in the previous 12 months or $50 USD.

Notionalysis is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Accounts that violate these Terms may be suspended or terminated. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your profile from the Profile page.

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The last updated date will change when revisions are published.
