Introduction

Notionalysis provides analytics for Notion pages through an embeddable widget and a workspace reporting surface. This policy describes what data is collected, how it is used, and what control paths exist for deletion.

Questions about this policy can be sent to support@notionalysis.com.

Data we collect

Account data

  • Email address and display name provided by the sign-in provider.
  • Profile avatar URL from the provider when available.

Analytics data

  • Tracked Notion page URL.
  • Event type such as page_view or reaction.
  • Anonymous session identifier stored in session storage.
  • Anonymous user identifier hash stored in local storage.
  • Country code derived from infrastructure-level request headers.
  • Timestamp, referrer URL when available, and browser user agent.

Integration data

  • Notion OAuth access token encrypted at rest.
  • Notion workspace name and workspace ID.
  • Refresh token if provided by Notion, also encrypted at rest.

How we use data

  • To display analytics reports such as page views, reactions, and location summaries.
  • To maintain rollup aggregates that support responsive report queries.
  • To authenticate accounts and enforce workspace access.
  • To make authorized Notion API requests when you use the Pages feature.

Notionalysis does not sell visitor data and does not use analytics data for advertising.

IP addresses

Notionalysis does not store or log IP addresses. Country information is derived from infrastructure-level headers provided by the hosting layer and processed into a country code before application use.

Data retention

  • Analytics events and rollup aggregates are retained until the workspace is deleted.
  • Account data is retained until the profile is deleted.

Data deletion

  • Delete a workspace from Settings / Advanced to remove pages, events, and analytics data for that workspace.
  • Delete your account from Profile / Delete profile to remove your account and all owned workspaces.

For manual deletion requests, email support@notionalysis.com.
